The work consists of providing regional electric utility tree trimming and ground clearing services under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with non-recurring work orders. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and related resources necessary to perform tree maintenance and vegetation control activities in or adjacent to utility line clear zones and within installation grounds parcels. Services include tree trimming and removal, stump grinding, brush removal, and removal of unwanted vegetation and debris. Application of herbicides may be required to control actively growing vegetation and slow regrowth where necessary to achieve effective vegetation management. Work will support electrical utility safety, reliability, and access across multiple naval and defense installations within the area of responsibility and within a 50-mile radius of the identified sites. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
