Upper Macungie Township will receive electronic sealed bids for the construction of the Township Fire/EMS Station located at 37 Grim Rd, Breinigsville, PA 18031. Work included will be bid in the following Prime Contracts: PC-01 Sitework & Utilities. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
