The 2025 Polymer Modified Crack Seal project for approximately 3,500 gallons. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Upper Macungie Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in an amount equal to the Contract Price and meeting. Bidders must be Prequalified. Question Deadline 06/23/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions via Online. Upper Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject, any or all Bids.
