The particular items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Format, Contract Specifications and Contract Documents. The owner will furnish those materials listed in the project documents. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Bid must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid. The Contractor shall begin the work after Velodrome operations are complete for the season on or about September 20, 2021 and shall have the work substantially complete by November 26, 2021.
