Demolition and remodeling of a fire / police facility in Laytonville, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.

Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace and install the garage doors and openers, including programming and extra remove at the Laytonville and Leggett Stations. Question deadline April 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Laytonville Fire Station -46101NHwy101, Laytonville, CA 95454, and Legett Fire Station - 69310 N Hwy 101, Leggett, CA 95585. Any questions that are not addressed at the walk-through must be submitted to Austin Bristol austin.bristol@fire.ca.govby April 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection(CALFIRE) GarageDoorsRemoval, Disposal, and Installation Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, andfeestoreplaceandinstall the garage doors and openers, including programming and extra remove at the LaytonvilleandLeggettStations. Services are necessary to maintain safe use, restore functionality, and comply with applicablebuildingandsafetycodes. 2. CAL FIRE has the right to extend this agreement for one (1) year by amendment at thesameterms, conditions,andcosts A) Laytonville Fire Station 1) Contractor shall replace and install four (4) garage doors, opener motors, and batterybackupsfortheengineapparatus bay. 2) Contractor shall ensure two (2) garage doors are ten feet and two-inches by tenfeet (10'2" x10')andtwo(2)garage doors are size twelve feet by ten feet and three-inches (12' x 10'3"), steel ribbedinwhite, sectionthree (3) with full view clear glass, and insulated vinyl back. 3) Contractor shall ensure each garage door has a ten-foot (10') chain rail, 115-volt, safetysensors, one-half( 1/2 )horsepower medium duty wall station ) Leggett Fire Station 1) Contractor shall replace and install three (3) garage doors, opener motor, and batterybackupfortheengineapparatus bay. 2) Contractor shall ensure garage doors are size eleven feet and two-inches by tenfeet andthree-inches(11'2"x 10'3"), steel ribbed in white, section three (3) with full view clear glass, and insulatedvinyl back. 3) Contractor shall ensure each garage door has a ten-foot (10') chain rail, 115-volt, safetysensors, one-half( 1/2 )horsepower medium duty.
