The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Services include the construction of an inboard ditch along 800 feet, a rock armored ditch along 300 feet, installation of three 18" Aluminized 12-gauge CMP cross drain culverts plus three accompanying rolling dips, and a general grading prescription for the remaining ~4.7 miles of aggregate surface on Cahto Peak Road. The site locations are shown on the maps in Figure 2 and the table below lists the general scope of work entailed for each site. Culvert installation sites will be accompanied by installation of rolling dips and rock armoring on the approaches. Rock armoring of the culvert approaches shall use 6-12" angular drain rock in an 18" thick vee-shaped wingwall formation, 4 feet in length and of varying height depending on road and inboard ditch conditions. BLM will stake out exact locations prior to the Notice to Proceed. Specifications for rolling dips are provided in EXHIBIT 3: PWA HANDBOOK SPECIFICATIONS and the Contractor will be required to adhere to these in order to provide all season vehicle passage.
