No definite date for the rebid.** Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide DSH - Metropolitan with the demolition and installation of the skilled nursing facility (SNF) courtyard shade structures. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be June 30, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Anticipated Start Date June 30, 2025 Question Deadline 06/25/2025 at 3:00 PM PT DSH Response to Questions June 27,2025 3:00PM. Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at Natalie Garcia@dsh.ca.gov and MSH.PlantOperations@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements. Pre bid meeting description: Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify and provide all requested clearance documents via email at MSH.PlantOperations@dsh.ca.gov or via fax at (562) 929-1054.
