Site work for a water / sewer project in Norwalk, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of rehabilitating approximately 13,682 feet of 24-inch to 54-inch corroded reinforced concrete pipe on the South Whitter Outfall Relief Trunk Sewer and South Whittier Outfall Trunk Sewer with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner. The project will also rehabilitate approximately twenty-eight (28) manholes and all appurtenant work Approximately: $8,500,000 - $12,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 210 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed.
