The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install medical specialties landscaping located at VASFHCS, 4150 Clement St. San Francisco, CA 94121 Place of Performance: VASFHCS San Francisco California, 4150 Clement St. San Francisco, CA 94121 NAICS: 236220 IAW VAAR 836.204: Disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Site Visit: Monday, July 8th, 2025, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time VASFHCS San Francisco California, 4150 Clement St. San Francisco, CA 94121 Proposals Due: Friday, July 30th, 2025 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Offers shall be valid for at least 30 days. This procurement has been 100% set aside for SDVOSB under the VISN 21 MACC Group 2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the government, considering Price Only. Task order will be awarded and administered IAW with all terms, condition and clauses of the MACC contracts. Bid, Performance and Payment bonds apply to this acquisition.
