The Village of North Palm Beach is seeking Bids from qualified selected firms for the construction of paving, drainage, and utility improvements to Buoy Road in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, from Lighthouse Drive to Cruiser Road South. Question Deadline 05/08/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Any questions regarding the substance of the Invitation to Bid documents or the scope of services must be submitted in writing via email to Bo Avasiloae, Purchasing Coordinator, Bavasiloae@village-npb.org. The Village of North Palm Beach seeks bids from qualified firms to provide construction services for paving, drainage, and utility improvements to Buoy Road, from Lighthouse Drive to Cruiser Road South. The primary scope includes milling and resurfacing the existing roadway, installing new drainage structures, and new Seacoast Utility Authority water and sewer mains. Additional work involves isolated pavement reconstruction, swale regrading, installing a tide check valve, sidewalk and driveway construction, sod placement, and new pavement markings. Services must be provided in accordance with approved construction plans and the terms, conditions, and specifications of the Invitation to Bid.
