Sealed bids will be received for the purchase of furnishing culverts, as needed, for Adams County for a six-month period. The County will select the lowest and best bid for each individual item requested, and a bidder may be awarded some or all of the bids submitted. All proposals must be submitted on the specified bid form and in correct measurements to be considered. Any quantities specified are approximate and for the purpose of submitting proposals only. Bid prices are to be firm for the duration of the specified period. Bids with qualifications or exceptions will not be considered. All bids are to be sealed and plainly addressed, with the outside of the envelope marked with the time of bid opening and the materials being bid on. The Adams County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
