Post-cleaning activities include final walkthroughs with the COR, removal of all equipment and safety controls, and submission of a brief report noting completed work and any observed issues requiring follow-up. The scope also includes re-striping all parking spaces, directional arrows, crosswalks, handicap spaces, fire lanes, and other required markings across all garage levels. Services include quarterly inspections, surface preparation, use of high-quality traffic paint compliant with applicable regulations and ADA standards, application of markings with consistent dimensions, and quality control to ensure clean, accurate, and durable results. Work must be performed after hours or on weekends as required, with full adherence to OSHA safety standards and traffic control requirements. In addition, the contractor shall perform weld repairs on identified failing welds, particularly steel stiffener plates.
