The Work consists of construction of a 7,200 ton capacity multi-cell stainless steel FM listed cooling tower, packaged condenser water pumps, cooling tower structural steel supports engineering & construction, condenser water piping system and supports, concrete equipment pads, electrical service, cooling tower PLC control system, temporary traffic control system, painting, and miscellaneous work. Demolition is included as defined. All work is to be performed at an operational plant located within the operational state parking garage which has open public access.
