This project is for a covered deck extension from the cafeteria at Kaneohe Elementary School. The project consists of selective demolition and civil preparation for a new covered deck and accessible walkway adjacent to the existing cafeteria (Building H), installation of exterior pavers for deck surface, installation of a metal standing seam roof panel and manual roller shades, new lighting/fire alarm devices/electrical work/plumbing work to be tied to existing power/plumbing systems, removal of existing shower tree near the deck, painting on the deck to match the cafeteria, and affected areas of the cafeteria to be touched up and painted to match existing.
