The project includes providing asphalt paving and shimming services for the Town of Windham. Said services will include crack joint fill and seal, thin resurfacing, and where required, removal of structurally damaged bituminous asphalt roadway, subbase and surface preparation, and the installation of a new asphalt surface on various roads throughout Windham.
