The work consists of providing all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise required to procure, remove, and replace the heating coils for AHU24. This is a turn-key effort that includes removal of existing steam and heating hot water coils from AHU24, procurement of new steam coils, installation of the new steam and heating hot water coils, and restoring the system to full operational condition. The contractor shall allow steam and heating hot water to flow through the newly installed coils, inspect for leaks, verify proper operation, and perform any necessary repairs or adjustments after the system is brought online. All work must be coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative and the Operations Supervisor.
