Site work for a civil project in Narka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are invited for Sanitary Sewer System Improvements which include Lift Station Upgrades, approximately 700 linear feet of above grade 8-inch Ductile gravity sanitary line, connections to existing sewer mains, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Bidding documents may be examined at specific locations during stated hours or purchased online for a non-refundable fee. Bidders must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and requirements, including those associated with the KDHE State Revolving Loan Fund program. Bid security in the specified amount and form is required. Contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers listed on the Excluded Parties List System at www.sam.gov are not eligible for contract award. All contracts and subcontracts exceeding $100,000 must comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act and file the required certification forms. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject all bids. Questions submitted to engineer. Engineer will make visits to the Site at intervals appropriate to the various stages of construction as Engineer deems necessary in order to observe as an experienced and qualified design professional the progress that has been made and the quality of the various aspects of Contractor's executed Work.
