Osawatomie State Hospital Building Demolitions :- Demolition of West Cottage and George A. York School at Osawatomie State Hospital. Project Manual for KDADS Project No. X-1507. Contractor shall demolish the West Cottage and George A. York buildings located on the campus of Osawatomie State Hospital. All labor and materials necessary for the proper demolition, disposal, and restoration of the grounds as indicated in the Contract Documents shall be included. A general summary of the work includes: o Remove all furniture and other non-building waste items from the buildings to be demolished and dispose of these items in a permitted landfill. o Demolish West Cottage and York buildings along with associated utilities and paved surfaces. o Dispose of building demolition waste at the designated building waste disposal site. o Restore grounds at the site of the demolished buildings. o Install new electrical service to designated streetlight near York as indicated. o Closeout building waste disposal site.
