Question Deadline 04/23/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Submit all written questions via email to Susie Avalos Mejia California High-Speed Rail Authority Phone: (916) 908-1127 Email: Susie.Avalos@hsr.ca.gov and contracts@hsr.ca.gov The Contractor agrees to provide the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) with Right-of-Way (ROW) clearance, demolition services, asbestos/lead abatement (including friable/non-friable materials), and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPP) and Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) services (collectively referred to as Work). This includes all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and travel necessary to preform and remove real property structures and abate hazardous materials in compliance with California environmental laws for the term of this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: 6050 State Road, Bakersfield, CA 93308.
