This project will correct existing pavement deficiencies along multiple state highway segments in Ulster County, including State Route 32, Route 983F, Route 981M, and Route 9W within the Town of Ulster and the City of Kingston. The scope of work primarily consists of milling and resurfacing the roadway with warm-mix asphalt to extend pavement service life and improve roadway safety. Additional work includes repairing or replacing stormwater catch basins to restore proper drainage functionality and upgrading pedestrian facilities to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards where feasible.
