The project consists of site work and the internal buildout of a maintenance building and related work, including concrete paving, framing, sheetrock, painting, HVAC, electrical work, and mechanical plumbing, with associated appurtenances. This work is located in Section 01, T-22-N, R-15-E, IB&M, Rogers County, Oklahoma. All prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to comply with Executive Order No. 11246 regarding equal opportunity in employment. Small businesses and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Oklahoma. Prospective bidders must register with the Engineer. Contract Documents are available upon payment or electronically at no charge. Bidders desiring further information or interpretation of the Plans and Specifications must make requests for such information to the Engineer at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening date.
