Site work for a development in Grundy, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The purpose is to obtain sealed bids for reclamation and construction work at the Walnut Hollow Landslide Project at 1192 Walnut Hollow Road, Grundy, VA. The scope of work includes the construction of erosion and sediment control measures as directed, construction and eventual removal of a scarp area, installation of a mine portal closure (wet seal), installation of a Segmental Retaining Wall (SRW) and chain link fence, paving, driveway area upgrading, and revegetation of all disturbed areas at the site.
