The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking Request for Proposal (IFB) for the procurement of Unit Restoration at 1084 Chittenden Avenue (Rosewind). Specifications may be obtained by visiting their website or by contacting the Purchasing Department of the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. SCOPE OF WORK (SOW)/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (T/S): The CMHA is seeking bids from licensed and bonded interested parties for the procurement of Unit Restoration at Rosewind, 1084 Chittenden Avenue, Columbus Ohio 43211 as described in Attachment A and detailed: 2.1.1 PLEASE NOTE: The Housing Authority provides the following manufacturer brand names solely to establish the minimum quality, design, and performance standards required.
