Site work and paving for a civil project in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are solicited for the Clarks Summit Borough Paving Project-2026. The scope includes 4,320 SY Mill & Overlay of various streets within the Borough, base repair and leveling course, 9 inlet/manhole grade adjustments, 35 LF of 18 SLHDPE replacement, and 268 LF of sanitary sewer main replacement. Bids must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond for 10% of the bid amount. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive informalities in the bidding. Only bidders who obtain a full set of documents through Colwell-Naegele Associates, Inc. will be on record to receive addenda. Contract documents may be examined or obtained at specific locations; digital and paper copies are available for a non-refundable fee. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, or sex.
