Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Elfrida, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; municipal facility; and municipal facility.

This project consists of two separate contracts. Contract 2026-001 involves construction related to the Transmission Main. Contract 2026-002 involves the installation of a Water Hauler Station, a Bolted Steel Water Storage Tank, and Disinfection Equipment at various water campuses within the Elfrida's water system. An alternative bid will be received for a shell building for a future administration building. The projects have an expected duration of 270 days. Bidders questions must be provided by April 29th, 2026. Engineers will respond by May 4th. The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as follows: 1. Transmission Main which consists of Construction of approximately 7,600 linear feet of 8-inch PVC (C900) water transmission main, including installation of gate valves, fittings, air release valve, connections to existing waterlines, and associated appurtenances to complete a loop within the existing distribution system. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located located in the Elfrida area of Cochise County, Arizona, generally within the NW/4 of Section 16 and N/2 of Section 15, Township 20 South, Range 26 East, along and near Gleeson Road, Whispering Pine Road, and adjacent local roadways.
