This project consists of constructing an 18-hole disc golf course featuring concrete slab tee boxes (18 total), compacted stabilized native soil course path, and new entry plaza with monument sign, course signage; installation of a new irrigation system; re-vegetation per the approved native landscape schedule; construction survey of the course path and basket/tee locations; and other related incidental work. The Marana Disc Golf Course project generally consists of the Contractor providing all required construction administration, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the disc golf improvements described in the project plans (Appendix A and B) designed by McGann & Associates Inc., dated October 8, 2025. The base scope consists of constructing an 18-hole disc golf course featuring concrete slab tee boxes (18 total), compacted stabilized native soil course path, and new entry plaza with monument sign. The project improvements also include, but are not limited to, the following: furnishing and installing baskets with three target sleeve locations; course signage; installation of a new irrigation system; re-vegetation per the approved native landscape schedule; construction survey of the course path and basket/tee locations; and other related incidental work.
