Site work for a water / sewer project in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Saguaro National Park manages septic tanks, lift stations, and vault toilets in both the Rincon Mountain District and the Tucson Mountain District. These systems support nearly one million annual visitors, staff, and operational facilities, including visitor centers, administrative complexes, heli-base operations, and roadside vault restrooms. The contractor shall provide regular pumping and maintenance services necessary to ensure continued operation, protect public health and safety, and maintain compliance with applicable environmental standards. Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached specifications, which provide additional technical and performance requirements. Anticipated Base Year Period of Performance is 6/15/2026 through 6/14/2027. Actual award will determine Period of Performance. Price List includes Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. Questions must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov by 12pm Mountain Time on May 25, 2026.
