Sealed bids are being requested for the construction of approximately 34,000 square yards of street maintenance for various city streets. Bidders are required to: - Submit sealed bids addressed to the Director of Public Works with the name and address of the bidder clearly indicated on the envelope. - Accompany each bid with a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Boscobel in an amount of not less than 5% of the total bid. - Not withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in the bidding process, or accept the bid deemed most advantageous. Not less than the wage rate established in accordance with Section 66.0903 Wisconsin Statutes must be paid. The project is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes.
