Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.

"As per the Owner the Project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" Cancellation Description Solicitation FA822726Q0003 has been canceled in its entirety. After a thorough evaluation of all submitted quotes, the Government was unable to identify a technically acceptable source that met the requirements within the allocated budget. Consequently, the Government has determined that moving forward with an award based on the current submissions is not in its best interest. Moving forward, the Government intends to re-evaluate the acquisition strategy, reassess available funding, and further define the technical requirements. Please be advised that this requirement has the potential to be deferred to Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27). We appreciate the time, effort, and resources vendors have invested in preparing and submitting quotes for this solicitation. Should the Government decide to re-solicit this requirement in the future, it will be posted to the appropriate government point of entry (e.g., SAM.gov). Provide a complete and turn-key design, construction, and installation of a new corrosion control facility at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), located within a controlled area of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. The primary function is the corrosion control of Aerospace Ground Equipment and other ferrous related items. The media blast booth will be housed within a fully enclosed Pre-Engineered Metal Building that also provides a separated maintenance support operations area. The entire facility shall be constructed on a currently unimproved site. All requirements are identified in the attached documents. This is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS 332311. Bidders must provide a bid guarantee in the amount of 20 percent of the bid price and will be required to submit payment and performance bonds no later than the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Ensure compliance with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting, and pay attention to 52.212-1 (with Addendum) and 52.212-2. All information regarding site conditions is contained within the solicitation documents, and any further questions must be addressed through the formal question-and-answer period.
