The City of Tucson is seeking interested firms, suppliers, and partners to provide a statement of interest for the redevelopment of the Rondstadt Transit Center. Interested parties are invited to share ideas, concepts, and strategies for the future of this site, which will help shape Downtown Tucson. This is a Request for Information (RFI) meant to inform a future competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process to be launched in early 2026. Background details and additional property components are available in an attached brochure. Responses are to help imagine and develop the next chapter for this public space.
