Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Centerton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,370-square-foot municipal facility; for the addition of a library; and for site work for a library.
The City of Centerton will receive sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the "Renovation for Centerton Old City Hall" in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. Work includes but is not limited to: an approximately 3,370 SF renovation of an existing building, including stub-ups to support a future caf space, along with interior modifications for seating areas, a community library, and restrooms. Work also includes the addition of a new entry on the west facade, with exterior improvements consisting of repainting and the installation of a new entrance canopy. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 If any person contemplating submitting a Bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, he may submit to DEMX Architecture, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof not later than five (5) calendar days before Bid opening.
