The project involves four elevated tanks bid individually, and this specific bid is for the 150,000-gallon tank designated as 'Schedule B'. Each Bidder Must Deposit Withhis Bid, Security in the Amount,form and Subject to the Conditionsprovided in the Information Forbidders. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as To Conditions of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wagerates to Be Paid Under the Contract. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actualdate of the Opening Thereof. Bids Will Not Be Opened Thatcome From a Contractor That Didnot Receive Plans From the Engineer.
