The City is seeking the services of a qualified firm to complete a comprehensive condition assessment of the City’s four existing fire stations. The assessment should determine the current state of the buildings and components, energy efficiency, and compliance with current building codes; provide information on the lifecycle and remaining useful life of the building, building elements, and systems; and identify, plan, and prioritize recommendations for future maintenance and capital improvement projects as various aspects and components of these fire stations reach the end of their useful life. Bidders are responsible for submitting a cost file, response file, and required compliance forms electronically. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding with the City’s online bid management provider.
