Renovation of a mixed-use development in Medina, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; municipal facility; and fire / police facility.
The City of Medina is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for a needs assessment and feasibility study of the Medina City Hall, Medina Police Department, and Medina Municipal Court facilities. The selection of design consultants for this project will follow a qualifications-based process. Interested firms must acquire the Statement of Qualifications Informational Packet by contacting the City of Medina. Only Statements of Qualifications from firms that have acquired the packet will be considered. Five copies of the Statement of Qualifications must be sealed in an envelope marked "City of Medina - Statement of Qualifications" and addressed to the City Engineer. Responses must be received by 4:30 P.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026. The City of Medina reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the selection process.
