Site work for a water / sewer project in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all labor and materials necessary to repair a 54-inch irrigation conduit pipe at Chatfield Dam. Work includes excavation and dewatering to access the pipeline, inspection of the existing pipe, replacement of damaged concrete or metal pipe sections including joint seals, performance of operational pressure testing, and backfilling with proper soil compaction. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The described scope is for information purposes only and may be subject to change. Location: Chatfield Dam, 11500 N Roxborough Park Road, Littleton, CO 80125. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Questions are due on 4 May 2026 at 2:00pm CST
