It is the intent of this RFP to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for Architectural and Engineering Services for a feasibility study to evaluate renovation and replacement options for Liberty High School. Liberty High School is located at 5855 Bartholow Road in Eldersburg, Maryland. The scope of services is detailed in Section two (2) of the RFP. Price proposals will be requested later in the process from short-listed firms deemed to have submitted a qualified technical proposal. Only proposals submitted on the basis of the "Architect as the Prime Consultant" will be considered. Questions and inquiries should be submitted online via Public Purchase.
