This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is an invitation to seek quotes from qualified contractors for the work involved in the reconstruction of the Parking Lot at Maynooth Public School, which includes the removal and replacement of a propane tank. Site Walkthrough: Thursday April 23, 2026 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM (EDT) Meeting Location: Maynooth Public School - 33049 Hwy 62 Maynooth, ON K0L 2S0 Plan to arrive in the main foyer ten minutes prior to meeting. It is the respondent's responsibility to arrive at the meeting space on time and schedule for unforeseen unknowns that may delay arrival to the meeting location. Once the meeting has begun, it is considered closed to any other respondents. Late arrivals will not be permitted to sign in. Attendance will be taken at the commencement of the meeting and only those in attendance for the full length of the meeting will be eligible to submit quotations. Quotations received from respondents not on the list of attendees at the site visit/pre-quotation meeting will not be considered.
