Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Catch Basin Repair Program in the City of Parma, to be performed in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the Service Director. The engineer's estimate of cost is $635,000.00. Bidders must be plan holders, register and download bidding documents from QuestCDN.com, and comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the contract documents. Each proposal must state the full name and address of each person, firm, or corporation interested in the bid. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form, in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the invitation number, opening date, and item being bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 10% of the bid or a 100% bid bond, and a surety bond for 100% of the total bid amount. Bonds must include contact information for the company acting as surety and for an agent in Ohio authorized for service of process. All contractors and subcontractors must, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates for Cuyahoga County and the City of Parma is required. The procurement encourages the participation of small businesses and is subject to the EPA's policy in this regard. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any addendums or modifications issued. The City reserves the right to accept all or any part of any bid and to reject any and all bids.
