Provides commercial construction services to furnish all plant, labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision required to repair the airfield lighting system, including inspection and punch list completion. The project also includes optional work items consisting of installation of an AMP-3 landing zone, installation of a powered vertical lift gate, and milling and overlay of an asphalt road.
