Bids are being accepted for all scopes except those previously awarded, which include Demo/Abatement, Structural Steel, Finish Carpentry/Casework/Countertops, Roofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glazing, Lockers, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical/Low Voltage. Pence Contractors plans to self-perform Temporary Construction, Equipment Moving and Storing, Concrete, Polished Concrete, Roof Accessories, Rough Carpentry, Temporary Protection, Division 10 Specialties, Residential Appliances, Facility Fall Protection, Site Concrete, and Site Furnishings. All bidders are required to comply with prevailing wage requirements per ORS Chapter 279C, be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, and have a public works bond secured as per the specified rules. The contractor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject bids not following procedures or requirements, reject for good cause, and waive minor irregularities. Bids are welcomed from all qualified firms including disadvantaged, minority, women, disabled veterans, and emerging small business enterprises.
