Site work for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Replace existing fencing and gates to create a single point of entry, install a security gate with electric latch and security camera near the Administration building entrance, install new ADA accessible owner furnished contractor installed playground equipment and shade structure, and add concrete walks. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "B" Contractor's License. Disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against; the DVBE goal for the project is three percent (3%) of the dollar amount of the Contract. The time allowed for completion is 120 calendar days. Contractors bidding as a Prime Contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and job-walk of the site(s). All visitors must check-in at the school office using a government-issued identification card or driver's license to receive a badge and enter the campus. Sealed Bids and the DVBE Declaration must be received prior to the specified deadline on Procureware, the District's online bidding portal.
