Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to remove four existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and their auxiliary air ducting and electrical and drain lines. After removal, install a new 40-ton HVAC system, necessary ducting, electrical, and drain lines to meet specified training equipment environmental constraints. Remove and replace existing dust covers with custom-made roof adapters to transition from current ductwork in rooms serviced by the new packaged units. No new penetrations in the building are permitted in order to maintain the existing security integrity of the building and comply with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) Number 705; use existing penetrations to the maximum extent practicable. All work must conform to Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-410-01. Bids must be submitted through the PIEE solicitation module.
