Site work for a water / sewer project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes removing existing split case booster pumps and replacing them with vertical turbine booster pumps at Pump Stations 89A, 150, and 176. At P89A, the work also involves removing the existing de-aeration tank and replacing it with an aeration tank, as well as adding a new blower motor. At P150 and P176, the work involves replacing the existing split case booster pump with a new vertical turbine booster pump. For P176, note that although the improvements are designated for P176, the actual work will be performed at the location of P168. For full details, refer to the bid specifications. Bidders must provide a bid bond of 10%, a payment bond of 100%, and a performance bond of 100%. The project duration is 55 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per calendar day of delay. Bids must be valid for 64 days from the date bids are opened.
