Renovation of a laboratory facility in Fresno, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a 834-square-foot laboratory facility.

As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** In general, the project consists of the renovation of Rooms 256, 255 and 249, located in the McKee Fisk Building, from an existing photo lab into an anthropology lab. Contractor shall demolish existing photo lab doors, casework, plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as electrical switches and outlets. Contractor shall install new architectural finishes, furniture, plumbing and electrical improvements. The work included shall consist of all construction and services involving work related to: 1. Demolition 2. Abatement 3. Plumbing 4. Electrical Upgrade 5. HVAC 6. Lighting 7. Casework 8. Painting 9. Flooring Project duration will be 120 calendar days. Project shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Huber and Huber Architects, as outlined in the bid documents and Contract General Conditions. The Trustees require the successful bidder to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE participation in contracting construction projects as established in the bidding documents, and bidders shall identify the DVBEs to be used to satisfy this requirement in their bids.
