General work description , as detailed on the construction plan : 2026 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT , Base Bid (the roads within and surrounding the Town of Dunnigan , CR 88 , County Road 6, County Road 86 , County Road 18C , County Road 101, and County Road 102 from the Woodland City Limit to County Road 17. Work includes , but is not limited to : preserving survey monuments , traffic control , base repairs , pulverizing existing asphalt pavement , hot mix asphalt overlay , micro -surface , asphalt rubberized chip seal, installing curb ramps , shoulder backing , and striping . Alternate Bid # 1 ( County Road 28H from County Road 102 to 1.10 mi east ) : Optional work includes , but is not limited to traffic control , clearing and grubbing , milling and removing existing asphalt concrete surface , asphalt concrete paving , and striping . The optional work is for the County Road 28H segment , extending from County Road 102 (Sta. 0 +44 ) to 1.1 mile east ( Sta . 58 + 34 ) . The successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond , each in the full amount of the contract price . Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check , cashier's check , or bidder's bond made payable to Yolo County for an amount equal to at least ten percent ( 10% ) of the amount of bid , such guaranty to be forfeited should the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fail to enter into the contract . If a bond is used, it must be signed by the bidder and by two signatories of an authorized surety company all asprovided by law .
