Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Leedey, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Construct a new 15' diameter by 130' standpipe complete with all appurtenances for a fully operational system as shown in the plans and specifications. All work and materials must comply with the Plans and Specifications prepared by WDB Engineering, PLLC. Bidders must comply with requirements such as purchasing plans through QuestCDN or WDB Engineering, appearing on the official plan holder's list, submitting a bid security not less than 5% of the bid, and providing all required affidavits and forms with their bid. Performance, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract price are required. The work is subject to prevailing wage rules (Davis Bacon Act), American Iron and Steel provisions, Build America Buy America requirements, and all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Bids not meeting these instructions, or submitted conditionally or without required documentation, will be rejected. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and addressed to: WDB ENGINEERING P.L.L.C., 6330 S.E. 74TH Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73135, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
