Site work and paving for a residential development in Bedminster Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the following projects and materials: 1. Rubberized Crack Seal, Pave Patch and Ultra-thin Bonded Wearing Course - Portion of the Landis Greene Development 2. On-Road Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel & Premium Unleaded Gasoline Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid. Bidders must use forms furnished by the Township, provide non-collusion and workmen's compensation affidavits, and a bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price from a licensed surety. Prequalification by PennDOT as contractors may be required if specified in the bid documents. For the Ultra-thin Bonded Wearing Course (Landis Greene development), prospective bidders are required to meet with the Director of Public Works in person before submitting a bid. These projects are subject to the regulations of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act 442) as amended. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory insurance, Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds (if specified), with a corporate surety approved by the Township. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
