Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) will accept sealed bids through its Electronic Procurement System (ePS) website for Transformer Electrical for the LRV Vehicles. All bids must be submitted through SEPTA’s ePS; mailed or hand-delivered bids will be rejected. The bid will be opened electronically on the scheduled date and will remain secure and unreadable by SEPTA until the opening. Attendance at the bid opening meeting is not mandatory. No bid submitted later than the time specified will be considered. Any inquiries regarding this bid, or requests for change, modification, or clarification of any aspect of the contract documents, must be made in writing to SEPTA at least eight calendar days prior to bid opening to be considered. Changes, modifications, or clarifications to the contract documents can only be made via written Addendum issued by SEPTA through the ePS system. All questions must be submitted by the stated deadline to be guaranteed an answer.
