Sealed bids are requested for the Tri Hill Road Mill and Overlay (MS-944) project. Bidders must submit their proposals online via the PennBid Program. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check payable to Spring Garden Township amounting to 5% of the maximum bid is required with each bid. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Payment Bonds, as specified in the contract. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All proposals must be submitted online and include the documents specified in the bid specifications. The township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Questions Due Date: Apr 28th 2026, 5:00 PM EDT Location Tri Hill Road - Beginning at intersection with George Street (S.R. 3001) to existing paving seam near intersection with Tri Hill Drive. Approximately 2,625' x 28' avg. width, match existing. 8,450 SY of 2" depth milling, approximately 400 SY of base repair, and placement of approximately 1,125 tons of Superpave 9.5 mm wearing course. Descrtiption The roads may be closed during construction but local traffic must be accommodated at all times. Advance road closure postings at each limit of work shall be placed at least five (5) calendar days in advance with anticipated construction date
