This project is for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals for performing all work required for the Easton Park South - Section 7 project. The project consists of the construction of streets, drainage, water, wastewater and erosion control improvements. All work shall be substantially complete within 240 calendar days after the date specified in the applicable Notice to Proceed (NTP). Final completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days after substantial completion. There will be two NTPs issued for the project for Phase 7A and Phase 7B. The contractor for the project must pay not less than the specified prevailing wage rates to workers employed by it in execution of the contract.
